This could be the funniest dog poop pamphlet I've ever seen. It was brought to my attention on twitter, and I did some research and tried to get in touch with Blackburn with Darwen because I'd love to print these on my own and distribute them. So far no response. Imagine someone standing on a street corner handing these out!
