Here's a video from CBS news about landlords testing dog poop for DNA to track down irresponsible owners.  I've heard of this in several communities, and wonder if this'll be the future of scooper law enforcement.

"Residents at a condo in Virginia are complaining about others not picking up their dog's poop around the building. Signs and security cameras have proven ineffective so the property management is now turning to a company that tests the DNA of the canine droppings to catch the perpetrators.
